PowerUp Youth Nutrition Foundations is an 8- week online program designed to equip young people with the knowledge and skills to stay energized and perform at their best—whether in sports, school, or daily life. With interactive activities, practical challenges, and expert guidance, PowerUp Youth teaches youth how to nourish their bodies and minds. It’s a supportive, engaging experience that helps kids build confidence, stay active, and feel their strongest from the inside out.
We’ll meet live (online – using zoom) every Tuesday at 4:45 PM for a 30-minute structured session plus 15 minutes for open Q&A and connection. These sessions are designed for active youth, 13-18 years old, at the Train to Train level of Longterm Athlete Development. Individuals may sign up, or gather up your team and use the team sign up choice!
Registration closes at full capacity or the Sunday night before program begins.
